The ticket office is staffed from April until October on event days only beginning 2 hours prior to event start time. During all ticketed events, the ticket office will remain open until the beginning of the second half. York Lions Stadium ticket office accepts cash, debit, and major credit cards. Seating can be located on the 3rd floor, all washrooms are accessible on this level and accessible washroom can be found in the lobby near the box office and on the 4th floor. All areas except for the east stand are accessible with access to the elevator in the lobby near the box office.
