Box office hours

The Box Office will open on show days starting at door time for day of show sales only, with no advance sales available.

Tickets can be picked up at the Box Office. Guests must present a valid ticket and complete security screening prior to entry. Mobile tickets are accepted. Tickets are valid for one-time use only and cannot be reused for re-entry once scanned.

Parking

Parking is available at the Prudential Center Garage with entrances from Huntington Avenue, Belvidere Street, Dalton Street, Exeter Street, and Ring Road. The garage operates 24 hours daily. MBTA access is also available via Prudential Station (Green Line E) and Back Bay Station.

Accessible seating

Yes. The venue and Prudential Center are ADA accessible, with elevator access, accessible restrooms, and accommodations for guests with disabilities. Service animals are permitted in accordance with ADA guidelines.

ALL TIMES LISTED ARE DOOR TIMES AND NOT SHOW TIMES. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. All are events are 21+ Events with valid form of identification. For US citizens, a valid DMV-issued photo ID or USA passport is required. For international guests, a valid passport is required. All guests must undergo a security screening upon entry. Re-Entry is not permitted. Lighters, Cigarettes & Vapes are prohibited in the venue, there is NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed at the venue per the city of Boston Ordinances. Guests are prohibited from bringing weapons, drugs, and any outside food, alcohol, or beverages. Large bags are restricted, and professional photography or video equipment may not be used without prior approval. NO unapproved "media events," performances, or organized happenings. No indecent exposure or sexual behavior. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for unsafe or disruptive behavior without a refund. Please note that ticket prices, availability, and support acts are all subject to change without notice.
