Bonjour Chien, from here and elsewhere is an urban walk imagined by Montreal illustrator Chien Champion, deployed in public space and inside different venues in the form of sculptures, installations, and video projections. The character Chien, curious, sensitive, and constantly changing, explores the city, observes it, plays with it, and seeks to find a place in it. The installations unfold in the Quartier des spectacles and downtown. The whole thing is set within the illustrator’s distinctive graphic universe: a spontaneous and imperfect line, vivid colours, and an aesthetic close to comic books, where images spill over, overlap, and tell several stories at once.

Sports Cyclovia - Camillien-Houde Road

The sports Cyclovia takes over Camillien-Houde Road and turns the route into a car-free space dedicated to biking, running, and walking. On 19 dates, 14 Sunday mornings and 5 Wednesday evenings, the stretch between avenue du Mont-Royal and Maison Smith is reserved for active transportation. During these periods, vehicle traffic is prohibited, while access to the mountain and the cemetery is maintained. A free shuttle runs every 30 minutes, and access by car to the summit remains possible via Remembrance Road.

Nearby, the Mosaïcultures feature large-scale horticultural works, while pedal boat and kayak rentals make it possible to explore the gardens from the canals. At the end of summer, the Rendez-vous Gourmands highlight Montreal’s culinary scene.

Inspired by the hit series, the Black Mirror experience offers an immersive adventure where the physical world and virtual reality meet. In groups of six people or fewer, participants explore a universe where a new artificial intelligence, designed to simplify life, takes an unexpected turn. The original story explores the possible pitfalls of technology, questioning the complex relationship between humanity and its creations. This interactive narrative experience invites you to make choices and interact with virtual objects in a very real setting, blurring the lines between fiction and reality to create a memorable and unsettling adventure.

Behind the Scenes at Montréal City Hall

“Behind the Scenes at Montréal City Hall” invites you to discover this iconic site through two activities: a guided tour or a mystery game. The approximately one-hour tour covers the ground floor and 1st floor, with access to certain ceremonial rooms that are usually closed. The game “Mystery at City Hall: In Search of the Lost Keys” offers an interactive 90-minute experience, from Wednesday to Friday, in French. Schedules subject to change.
