The exhibition Au menu. Montréal : une histoire de restaurants celebrates the extraordinary diversity and inventiveness of Montreal dining from the 1960s to today. Through a rich journey of audiovisual testimonials, photographs, archives, and objects staged in an inventive scenography, the exhibition highlights the evolution of local tables—from delicatessens to gastronomic experiences—and their central role in shaping Montreal and Quebec identity.
