In the exhibition “From Alley to Alley. An Interactive Adventure,” Montreal’s alleys come alive through visual projections and motion detection. The space becomes a playground that reacts to your movements: move, jump, and test your speed or agility. Five stations await you with fun challenges to take on, solo or as a team, in colourful settings that change with the seasons. At each step of the exhibition, dive into one aspect of the rich heritage of the alleys. Archival photos, iconic objects, and period toys immerse you with curiosity and nostalgia in the history of the alleys.

Celebrate the beauty and richness of its heritage and let yourself be captivated by the AURA Experience, an ethereal multimedia phenomenon created by the Montréal studio Moment Factory. Pulsing waves, frenetic lasers and rainbows immerse you in the total beauty of AURA. The imposing ceiling turns into a canvas, whose rib vaults seem to breathe in a kaleidoscope of colours. Imitating the rise and fall of each musical note, the fast-paced lasers dance along the Grand Orgue Casavant.
