Festival Carimas

Formerly known as Carifiesta or Carifete, the Festival Carimas de Montréal celebrates the richness and diversity of Caribbean culture. The flamboyant Carimas parade livens up boulevard René-Lévesque between Jeanne-Mance and Peel (south lane) with floats and groups of musicians and dancers. The parade ends at Place du Canada, where the Carimas Cultural Sizzle closes the festivities with stage performances.
