Every Sunday, this unofficial and free weekly gathering takes place around the Sir George-Étienne Cartier monument and stretches across the surrounding lawns of parc du Mont-Royal. The site draws a colourful crowd of drummers, dancers, vendors and passersby of all kinds. The Tams-Tams are exceptionally cancelled on 6, 13, 20 and 27 septembre due to the World Cycling Championships (UCI) and the Grand Prix cycliste.
