Parking

The underground garage at Roy Thomson Hall is convenient, clean, brightly lit and well signed. There are two levels with combined capacity for 377 cars. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The garage entrance is on Wellington Street, west of Simcoe Street. Hours: 24 hours. The garage is closed holidays.

All patrons entering Roy Thomson Hall will be subject to a bag search. This includes all handbags, purses and backpacks. Please note that large bags unable to fit under your seat will not be permitted at Roy Thomson Hall. We encourage you to leave large bags and items at home or to arrange storage elsewhere as we are not able to offer bag check on these items. Permitted bags should be soft sided and able to fit completely under the auditorium seats. An exception will be made for declared medically necessary items, after proper inspection.

Children

All patrons must have a ticket for entry. For most performances*, children under 2 may enter without paid admission, when accompanied by an adult - subject to venue capacity. Please see door staff for a babe in arms pass.
