Rogers Centre (originally SkyDome) is a retractable roof stadium in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada, situated at the base of the CN Tower near the northern shore of Lake Ontario. Opened in 1989 on the former Railway Lands, it is home to the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball (MLB).

- Accessible seats are subject to the same onsale schedules and ticket availability as standard seating and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Fans requiring an accessible seat may also purchase up to three additional seats for their companions (subject to availability) unless otherwise restricted by event-level ticket limits. Fans with accessible needs may enter Rogers Centre through any open gate. Fans requiring accessible support are encouraged to enter through Gate 7, the designated accessible located on the south side of the building (along Bremner Boulevard). Rogers Centre is proud to be a Sensory Inclusive Certified venue by KultureCity. Sensory Bags are available at any Fan Services location. Display your ticket at the gate through MLB Ballpark app, your Blue Jays Account Manager, or, if you purchased via ticketmaster.ca, the Ticketmaster app. Paper or PDF tickets are not accepted and the Box Office at Rogers Centre is not open for ticket purchases. Mobile support staff will be available to assist fans as required at the gates. GATE ENTRY Gates for Blue Jays games are open 90 minutes before the scheduled game time on weekdays and two hours on weekends. Check bluejays.com/concerts for concert gate information. Fans may enter at any open main gate, however the closest entrance to each fan's seat will be recommended by the ticket app. BAG POLICY Bags are discouraged and will be subject to a security search prior to entry. Only bags smaller than 16 x 16: x 8 are permitted into the ballpark. Bag restrictions and prohibited items for concerts may be different than Blue Jays games; visit bluejays.com/concerts SECURITY MEASURES In order to provide our fans with a safe environment, searches at all entry gates will include the inspection of all items that are carried into the stadium. Everyone entering will be subject to full searches of their person, with the use of walk through metal detectors (WTMD). Other methods include hand-held metal detectors or pat downs.
